Let's Talk About Food BABY!

This is my favorite subject to talk about.  Why?  Well,  we talk about a lot of other things such as: sleeping habits, doctors, disease,  poverty, depression, aging, child development, and family.  This is going to improve or eliminate some of those topics for you.  A lot of people are not mindful about one of the most powerful things in their life.  Let's change all that.  Here we will learn and love our food.  You will understand what food actually is, why we actually need it,  and what to do with it.  You will know the specifics of water, meats, vegetable, and spices.  You will know how to pick the best products.  You will begin to save money through this process too.

Why do we eat

Well because we are hungry silly. That's the first answer.  It's deeper than that and the bigger picture makes you think differently how you will feed yourself.  We disperse out energy.  The main way we do this is our thoughts.  Thinking is the main way energy leaves our body.  A human brain has the ability to power a small city for a week.  Crazy right.  When we worry or stress is the biggest waste of energy.  Every get stressed out, scared, or worried.  Right after that you just need to rest.  "Think" about this a thought is physical because it can actually be measured.  So each thought is some for of energy leaving your body.  That to me is very powerful.  Now let's switch gears.  Let's think about energy through movement.  When you run around the block you are creating energy in your body.  Your heating up.  You gain it back.  Your body is like a car's alternator.  If you get up and run every morning you will take that burst of energy and probably disperse it out through your brain for the day.

Water, water, water


     Water plays a crucial role in our bodies and overall health due to its mineral content, positive charge, pH levels, and the container it is stored in.

     Minerals: Water can contain essential minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which are important for various bodily functions such as nerve transmission, muscle contraction, and maintaining fluid balance.

     Positive charge: Water molecules can carry a positive charge, which can help in attracting and neutralizing negatively charged toxins and free radicals in the body, aiding in detoxification and overall health.

     pH levels: The pH level of water is important as it can affect the body's acid-base balance. Proper pH levels in water can help maintain the body's internal environment and support optimal cellular function.

     Proper container: The container in which water is stored is crucial as it can impact the water's purity and quality. Using a clean, non-toxic container can prevent the leaching of harmful chemicals into the water, ensuring that it remains safe for consumption.

     Overall, paying attention to the mineral content, positive charge, pH levels, and the container used for water storage can contribute to maintaining optimal health and well-being.
